When am I charged?

Buyers are charged at checkout when purchasing tickets. Organizers on paid plans are billed monthly on the date they subscribed. Event Boost charges are billed daily for the duration of the campaign.

Can I change plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What's your refund policy?

Ticket buyers receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, before event check-in. Organizer plan subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. no refunds for partial months. Event Boost campaigns are non-refundable once started.

How do payouts work?

Organizer payouts are processed automatically via Stripe or Square (routed automatically by country). Free plan organizers receive payouts weekly. Pro and Enterprise organizers can choose daily, weekly, or custom payout schedules. Funds are deposited directly to your linked bank account.
