Buying Tickets
How do I buy tickets?
Download the Mega Tickets USA app, browse 1,400+ events across 65+ US cities, select your tickets, and pay securely with any credit or debit card. Every transaction is protected with 3D Secure verification.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe and Square. Apple Pay and Google Pay coming soon. Orders over $100 can be split into 4 easy payments.
Can I buy tickets for someone else?
Yes! Purchase the ticket and use our secure transfer system to send it. The transfer requires selfie verification and a 6-digit email code for security.
What are the fees?
Just 2% + $0.99 per ticket. The lowest in the industry. For comparison, Ticketmaster charges up to 25% in fees. You save on every purchase.
QR Code & Security
Why does my QR code keep changing?
Our Authenticator QR uses bank-level encryption (HMAC-SHA256) and rotates every 30 seconds. This makes screenshots completely useless and prevents ticket fraud.
Why do I need to enable GPS?
GPS verification proves you're physically at the venue. This protects you from false chargebacks and ensures only the real ticket holder can enter. Your location is encrypted and never shared.
Can I screenshot my QR code?
No. screenshots expire in 30 seconds. Your QR code only works live on your phone with GPS active. This is what makes our tickets fraud-proof.
What is the circular timer on my ticket?
Like Google Authenticator, it shows when your QR code will refresh. Green means plenty of time, yellow means refreshing soon, and red means it's about to change.
Transfers & Refunds
How do I transfer a ticket?
Go to My Tickets, tap Transfer, enter the recipient's email, take a verification selfie, then enter the 6-digit code sent to your email. The old barcode is permanently destroyed and a new one is generated.
Can I get a refund?
Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, before the event date. After check-in, refunds are not available. All refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days.
What happens to my old ticket after transfer?
The original barcode is permanently destroyed and cannot be used again. The new owner receives a completely new, unique barcode with full security features.
Mega Connect
What is Mega Connect?
It's our social feature that lets you meet people at events. Choose Dating mode to find romantic connections, or Business mode for professional networking with LinkedIn integration.
Do I need a ticket to use Mega Connect?
Dating mode requires an active ticket for the event. Business mode is free and available to everyone. no ticket needed.
What is Mega Connect Premium?
For $9.99/month, get unlimited swipes, see who liked you, share phone numbers in dating mode, priority matching, and read receipts.
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and tap Delete Account. All your data, tickets, and history are permanently removed within 30 days as required by law.
Is my location data shared?
Never. GPS data is used only for ticket verification at venues and is encrypted end-to-end. We don't sell or share your location with anyone.
What is 2FA/MFA?
Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of protection to your account. Enable it in Settings to use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) alongside your password.
How do I contact support?

For Organizers
How do I create my first event?
Download the app, sign up as organizer, tap Create Event. It takes less than 5 minutes. Your event goes live instantly.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed automatically 2-3 business days after your event. You can track all payouts in your Organizer Dashboard.
Can I use my own branding?
Pro and Enterprise plans include custom branding options. Add your logo, colors, and custom URL to your event pages.
What analytics do I get?
Real-time dashboards showing ticket sales, revenue trends, attendee demographics, marketing ROI by channel, and AI-powered insights like Best Time to Launch.
