Brazil — LGPD. Consent is required for non-essential cookies. We process essential cookies based on legitimate interest under LGPD art. 7, X.

7. "Do We Sell or Share Personal Information?"

We do not sell your personal data for money in the everyday sense. However, under the California CCPA/CPRA definition of "sale" and "sharing", our use of third-party analytics and advertising cookies — specifically Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — may qualify as "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising". We want to be transparent about this.

Under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the LGPD (Brazil), operational data-sharing with our service providers (Square, Stripe, Supabase, hosting, email delivery) is processed as controller-to-processor under data-processing agreements and is not considered a "sale".
