Mega Tickets USA offers a 14-day refund window on all eligible ticket purchases. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided that you have not already checked in to the event.
Key point: Refunds must be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase and before the event check-in. After check-in or after the 14-day window, tickets are non-refundable.
Requesting a refund is simple and can be done directly within the Mega Tickets app:
Open the Mega Tickets app and go to Settings
Tap My Tickets
Select the ticket you want to refund
Tap Request Refund and confirm
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund request has been submitted. Our team will review and process your request within 1-2 business days.
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you paid using a payment plan (installment payments), any installments already charged will be refunded, and any future installments will be cancelled.
Automatic full refund: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders will receive an automatic full refund within 5-10 business days. No action is required on your part. we will notify you via email and push notification.
If an event is postponed (not cancelled), your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
