We charge just 2% + $0.99 per ticket . The organizer receives the full face value of every ticket. Applicable state sales tax is calculated based on the venue location and added at checkout.

Yes. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't checked in to the event. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Go to My Tickets, select the ticket, and tap "Request Refund."

Open your ticket email and tap "Open My Live Ticket" — or sign in and go to My Tickets and tap the ticket itself. Then tap "Transfer by Email". If your order has more than one ticket, a list appears where you check exactly which ones to send. Enter your friend's email and we'll send a 6-digit code to your own inbox, not theirs — that's how we make sure it's really you. Enter the code and it's done. Your QR for those tickets stops working right away, and a brand new one is issued to them.

Yes — up to 20 in one go. On your live ticket page, tap "Transfer by Email" and check off the tickets you want to send (or use Select all). One 6-digit code covers the whole selection, and your friend gets them in a single email with one button per ticket, each with its own QR code. To send tickets to different people, just repeat with a different selection.

Check the inbox of the account that bought the tickets. The code goes to you, the person sending — never to the person receiving. That way someone who gets hold of your ticket link still can't give your tickets away. The code is good for 15 minutes; if it expired, start the transfer again. Still nothing after a few minutes? Mega Connect is our social matching feature that lets you meet dates, friends, and business contacts at events you're both attending. It's only available to verified ticket holders. Your exact location is never shared -- only your first name, photo, and event section are visible. You can opt out anytime.

Mega Ride is our integrated luxury transportation service. After purchasing a ticket, you can book a premium vehicle with a professional chauffeur to take you to and from the event. Pricing is shown upfront with no surge pricing. Book directly from the event page in the app.

Download the app and switch to Organizer mode from your profile. There is no organizer subscription — every organizer gets the same unlimited access. Mega Tickets is funded by the buyer service fee (2% + $0.99 per ticket) applied at checkout; you receive the ticket face value. Email partners@megaticketsusa.com for custom or large-scale setups.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe and Square, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors (routed by country). Your credit card details never touch our servers. QR tickets use HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic signing with codes that rotate every 30 seconds to prevent fraud.
