Yes. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't checked in to the event. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Go to My Tickets, select the ticket, and tap "Request Refund."

Go to My Tickets, select the ticket, and tap "Transfer." You'll need to verify your identity with a selfie and enter the recipient's email. They'll receive the ticket in their Mega Tickets account with a new QR code. The old code is automatically invalidated.

Mega Connect is our social matching feature that lets you meet dates, friends, and business contacts at events you're both attending. It's only available to verified ticket holders. Your exact location is never shared -- only your first name, photo, and event section are visible. You can opt out anytime.

Five Star Chauffeur is our integrated luxury transportation service. After purchasing a ticket, you can book a premium vehicle with a professional chauffeur to take you to and from the event. Pricing is shown upfront with no surge pricing. Book directly from the event page in the app.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe and Square, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors (routed by country). Your credit card details never touch our servers. QR tickets use HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic signing with codes that rotate every 30 seconds to prevent fraud.
