These terms
These Advertising Terms apply when a business (“you”) reserves advertising space on megaticketsusa.com from Mega Tickets USA LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Mega Sponsors is the name of our advertising service. By reserving, you agree to these terms and to our Ad Policy, which is part of them. Our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply; where they differ from these terms about advertising, these terms apply.
This is version 2026-10-31. When you reserve, we record which version you accepted and when.
Who can advertise
- Businesses and organizations. You must be a business, organization or brand, or a person acting for their own business, and the ad must be for your own business, organization, brand or event. We don't accept ads about personal matters.
- Authority. The person who reserves must be at least 18 and authorized to accept these terms for the business named in the booking. “You” means that business.
- Agencies. If you reserve for a client, you confirm the client authorized you, and both you and the client are bound by these terms.
- Sanctions. You confirm that you aren't on a U.S. government sanctions list (such as OFAC's), aren't owned or controlled by anyone who is, and won't use our space for the benefit of anyone who is.
- Accurate details. The business name, contact details and e-mail you give us must be accurate. Everything about your booking — our decision, your report link, any refund — goes to that e-mail.
- Our choice. We may refuse any reservation, including from a business whose ad we have declined or taken down before.
What you're booking
- One space, whole weeks. A billboard on the pages you pick — the home page, the event pages or the Live Wire pages (news, artists and charts) — for one or more whole weeks in a row. Some pages never show ads, such as checkout, account and legal pages and our dedicated landing pages.
- A week runs from Monday 12:00 a.m. to Sunday 11:59 p.m. Central Time (America/Chicago).
- One advertiser per space per week. No other ad — another advertiser's or our own — shows in your space during your weeks. This covers your space only: another business, including a competitor of yours, may book a different space for the same week.
- When you can book: the first week you can pick starts at least 48 hours ahead; you can book up to 12 weeks ahead, for 1 to 12 weeks.
- Where on the page. Our sales page describes where each billboard sits today. We may change the design of our pages; your billboard stays on the pages you booked, in a comparable spot.
Price, hold and charge
- Price. Prices are per week, in US dollars, and shown before you reserve. Booking 4 weeks or more takes 15% off. The amount at checkout is the amount we calculate: it is what's held on your card and the most you can be charged for the booking. We may change prices for future bookings at any time; a booking keeps the price it was reserved at. If we ever show a clearly wrong price by mistake, we may decline the booking, and nothing is charged.
- Taxes. Prices don't include any sales, use, gross receipts or similar tax. If the law requires us to collect a tax on your booking, we'll show it at checkout, before you reserve, and include it in the amount held; otherwise none is added. You remain responsible for any tax you owe on your own purchases.
- Card only — held, not charged. You pay through Stripe Checkout, with a card (Apple Pay or Google Pay, when offered, use your card too). When you reserve, your card is authorized for the amount (a “hold”) but not charged. On a debit card, the hold can lower your available balance until it is charged or released.
- Charged only when we approve. We charge your card when we approve your ad. The hold is released and you pay nothing if we decline your ad; if we haven't decided within 6 days of your reservation or by the time your first week starts, whichever comes first; if the charge doesn't go through when we approve; or if, in the rare case that your payment confirms late, the week has already gone to another advertiser. We tell you by e-mail.
- 30 minutes to finish. The weeks you pick are held for you for 30 minutes while you complete checkout. If checkout isn't completed, they go back on sale.
- Founding sponsor price. If you make a booking on or before April 30, 2027, any further booking of the same space that you make on or before April 30, 2027 costs no more per week than your first booking did, even if our price has gone up; the 4-week discount still applies on top. If a higher price is ever held for one of those bookings, tell us and we'll refund the difference.
Review and approval
We review every ad and the page it links to before it runs, normally within 24 hours of your reservation, against the Ad Policy. Whether an ad runs is at our discretion: we may decline an ad that doesn't meet the Ad Policy or that we reasonably believe isn't right for our audience, and we don't always have to say why. If we decline, we release the hold on your card and let you know by e-mail. When we approve, we charge your card and e-mail you the start date and your private report link.
Our approval only means we're willing to run the ad. It doesn't mean we've checked that the ad is lawful, accurate or yours to use — that stays your responsibility (see Your content).
Cancellation and refunds
- Before your first week starts, you can cancel from your report link. If we haven't approved your ad yet, the hold is released and nothing is charged; your bank may take a few days to remove the pending hold. If we already approved and charged it, you get a full refund to the same card. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear; your bank sets the exact timing.
- Once your first week has started, the booking can't be canceled or refunded, except as described in If your ad goes down. A booking of several weeks is a single booking: it can only be canceled as a whole, before its first week starts.
- If we take your ad down for breaking the Ad Policy before your first week starts, it never ran: you get a full refund to the same card, and we tell you by e-mail. Once it has started, see If your ad goes down.
- We may cancel a booking before its first week starts, for any reason. If we do, the hold is released or, if your card was charged, you get a full refund.
- Changing your art or link after you reserve isn't available yet. Cancel before your first week starts and reserve again with the new files.
- Keep your report link private. Anyone who has it can see your booking and cancel it, and we treat a cancellation made with your link as yours.
- A problem with a charge? Write to us before you dispute it with your bank — we can usually fix it faster. If a charge for a booking that ran as agreed is disputed, we'll give the card issuer our record of the booking (your ad, our e-mails to you and the report's counts), and we may decline your future bookings.
If your ad goes down
If your billboard can't be shown on the pages you booked for 4 hours or more in a row during your booked weeks because of a problem on our side — our own site or the hosting it runs on — you get back every day (Central Time) on which that happened. We give those days back as a refund of what you paid for each of them (your total divided by the number of days you booked, 7 for each week) or, at our option and if one is open, as an extra week of the same space at no charge.
To claim, tell us within 7 days after your last booked week ends — message us on WhatsApp or write to contact@megaticketsusa.com with the day and roughly the time you noticed it. We check claims against our own records, such as our server and hosting logs.
This doesn't cover:
- ad blockers;
- a visitor's own connection or device;
- an ad we take down, once it has started running, for breaking the Ad Policy (the policy covers the page your ad links to, too). In that case we're not required to give back the remaining days; we may refund part of the price at our discretion.
If we stop showing your ad during its weeks for a reason that isn't a breach on your part — for example, because we remove the space from a page; because a change in the law or in the Ad Policy means an ad we approved can no longer run; or because of a complaint about your ad that you then show us was wrong — every day it doesn't run is refunded the same way.
This section is your only remedy for an ad that isn't shown, and refunds under it never add up to more than you paid for the booking.
Your content
You promise that:
- you own, or have permission to use, everything in your ad — logos, trademarks, photos, artwork, names and text — including permission from the people who appear in it and for the photos and logos of any artist, venue or brand it shows;
- your ad and the page it links to are lawful, truthful and not misleading, follow the Ad Policy for as long as the ad runs, and you can back up every claim they make (prices, discounts, “best”, health or results);
- any event you promote is real, will take place as advertised, and you're allowed to promote it;
- the page your ad links to is safe: no malware, no unexpected downloads and no collecting of personal information in a misleading way.
You're responsible for your ad, the page it links to and whatever you sell through it. Booking an ad doesn't make you our partner, and you may not say or suggest that Mega Tickets USA endorses you.
How we use your art
Your ad stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to show your art, its description and your link in the space you booked during your weeks; to resize, compress and convert the images so they load fast on every screen (we don't otherwise edit them); to show them to our team while we review and to you in your report; and to keep a copy in our records of the booking and use it as evidence if the booking or a payment is disputed. Your ad may also appear in screenshots or recordings of our pages taken while it runs. We don't use your art for anything else without asking you.
Your art is stored on our servers from the moment you reserve and becomes public when your ad runs, so don't upload anything you need to keep confidential. The art of a booking that is declined, released, expired or canceled is deleted when the booking closes.
Labels, links and counts
- Every ad shows a visible “Sponsored” label and its link carries
rel="sponsored". They keep advertising clearly identifiable to readers and follow search engines' rules for paid links, and they can't be removed. - Clicks pass through a short redirect on our site so we can count them. If your link has no UTM tags, we add
utm_source=megaticketsusa,utm_medium=sponsoredandutm_campaign(the space) so you can see the visits in your own analytics. - We count views and clicks with our own servers, in good faith: a view is at least half of the billboard on screen for one second, or a click on it if that comes first; views and clicks each count once every 30 minutes for the same visitor; and known bots aren't counted. We tell visitors apart with an anonymous code made from the browser and the network a visit comes from, used only to skip those repeats — we don't save IP addresses with the counts. Our counts may differ from your own analytics.
- The counts show you how your ad did; they don't change the price, which is for the space and the time. They are our best measurement, not an audited figure — for example, a restart of our servers can forget recent visitors, so an occasional repeat can count again.
No guaranteed results
We sell space and time on our pages, not results. We don't promise any number of views, clicks, visits or sales, and traffic on the site changes from week to week.
Limits of responsibility
As far as the law allows:
- Our total responsibility to you for all claims about a booking, on any legal theory, is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for that booking and US$100.
- Neither of us is responsible to the other for lost profits, revenue or sales, lost data, lost goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, even if told they were possible.
- No other promises. Apart from what these terms promise — your space for your weeks, the refunds in Cancellation and refunds and the days back in If your ad goes down — the ad space and our site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any other warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- What these limits don't cover: your promises in Your content, your obligations in Claims about your ad, amounts you owe us, and anything the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as fraud.
Claims about your ad
You'll defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mega Tickets USA LLC and its owners, managers, employees and agents against any claim, demand, lawsuit or government action brought by someone else that comes from your ad or the page it links to (for example, a claim that it infringes someone's rights, is false or misleading, or breaks a law), from your products, services or events, or from your breach of these terms or the Ad Policy — including the damages, fines, settlements, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees it causes us.
We'll tell you promptly about such a claim (a delay only reduces what you owe to the extent it actually harmed you), let you control the defense with lawyers reasonably acceptable to us, and cooperate at your cost. We may take part with our own lawyers at our own cost. You won't settle a claim in a way that admits fault for us, or that requires us to do or pay anything, without our written consent.
Your information
To review, run and report on your booking, and to handle its payment, any refund and any dispute, we keep the business and contact details you give us (business name, your name, e-mail and, if you add it, phone), your art, link and description, and which version of these terms you accepted and when. We use them for your bookings and our records, not to send you marketing. Stripe processes your card under its own privacy policy, and we never see the full card number; our hosting and e-mail providers handle the rest for us. We don't sell any of it. Like the rest of our site, our advertising pages — including the reservation and report pages — use Google Analytics, as described in our Cookie Policy; it never receives anything you type in the booking form, your art or your report link. We keep booking records for as long as our tax and accounting records require (up to 7 years). Your report shows only totals: we never give advertisers information about individual visitors. More, including how to ask for a copy or the deletion of your data, is in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and disputes
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. It follows Sections 19 and 20 of our Terms of Service.
- Florida law. These terms, the Ad Policy and every booking are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law.
- Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, write to legal@megaticketsusa.com with your business name, the booking and what you're asking for. We'll both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
- Arbitration. If we can't, any dispute, claim or controversy about these terms, the Ad Policy, an ad or a booking will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in English, in Miami, Florida, or by video hearing if either of us chooses. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate.
- No class actions. Each of us may bring claims against the other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding, and an arbitrator may not combine the claims of more than one advertiser.
- Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or ask a court to stop an infringement of intellectual property rights. Any dispute that isn't arbitrated belongs to the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both of us accept their jurisdiction.
- Opting out. You may opt out of arbitration by e-mailing legal@megaticketsusa.com within 30 days after you first accept these Advertising Terms, with your business name, the e-mail you booked with and the date of your first reservation. Opting out changes nothing else in these terms.
General terms
- Whole agreement. These terms, the Ad Policy, and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about your bookings. If they conflict, these terms come first, then the Ad Policy, then the Terms of Service.
- Independent businesses. Neither of us is the other's agent, partner, joint venturer or employee.
- Transfer. You can't transfer a booking or these terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
- Events beyond control. Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — but that doesn't reduce what If your ad goes down gives you when our site or its hosting is down.
- Notices. We send notices to the e-mail in your booking. You send legal notices to legal@megaticketsusa.com, and everything else to contact@megaticketsusa.com. You agree to do business with us electronically.
- If part doesn't apply. If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part right away doesn't mean we give it up.
- What continues. Your content promises, our licence to keep records, the limits of responsibility, Claims about your ad and Governing law and disputes keep applying after your booking ends.
- Language. If we offer these terms in another language, the English version controls.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and the Ad Policy by posting a new version on this page with a new date and version number. The version on this page when you reserve applies to that booking, for all its weeks. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp or write to contact@megaticketsusa.com.
