Mega Sponsors is a sponsorship marketplace operated by Mega Tickets USA LLC, a Florida limited liability company. It connects brands (sponsors) with event organizers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
We do not collect payment card information in the app — sponsorship terms are arranged directly between the brand and the organizer.
To operate the marketplace — show your offers to organizers, deliver applications to brands, enable messaging, and generate the sponsorship reports you see in the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Your public profile (brand or organizer name, logo, published offers, or applied events) is visible to the other side of a sponsorship so a deal can happen. Messages are visible only to the two parties on a sponsorship. We use Supabase to host data securely on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app, which removes your profile, brand or events, offers, applications, and messages.
You can access, correct, or export your data, or request deletion, by emailing privacy@megaticketsusa.com. Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights.
Mega Sponsors is a business tool intended for users 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date and, where required by law, announced in the app.
