Payment terms may vary by event, organizer, role and agreement. The first version of Mega Crew is focused on applications, review, matching and event opportunities.
Yes. Photographers, videographers and content creators can submit portfolios and be considered for upcoming events.
Yes. Organizers can request different roles and quantities based on their event needs.
Yes. Mega Crew handles applications, review, approval and event invites. When you accept an event invite, you appear automatically in Mega Staff with the right operational role — for example a photographer gets Mega Moments access, a promoter gets their own link and commission, and check-in staff get the scanner. The event manager finalizes your role, permissions, schedule and function on the day.
Experience helps, but some entry-level roles may be available depending on the event.
